Yes — nothing is pre-made or sitting on a shelf. Once you submit your order, your jar is mixed fresh in a sterilised mixer to your exact build.
Every order is mixed fresh and ships within 2–3 business days. Delivery time on top of that depends on your location.
Yes — every batch is made with non-toxic, skin-safe ingredients. If your child has any severe allergies or sensitivities, please reach out before ordering. See our What's Inside? page for full ingredient details.
Since every jar is mixed fresh specifically for your order, we can only make changes before mixing has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust something.
That should never happen, but if it does, we'll replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Just reach out via our Contact page with a photo of the issue.
Pretty much — pick your size, texture, colour, scent and add-ins in the builder. A few elements (like the free add-in mix colours) are fixed for now, but we're always expanding what's customisable.
